We have an open floor plan rather than cubes. Many of us worked at other companies where the cube was the norm. I guess we wanted to rebel against that. The good thing about the open floor plan is the space and easy communication.

This is the view out of the panoramic window. Looking over downtown San Francisco. We like having a big view, though sometimes reflections from downtown can fill the studio with bright light. We have marked our calendars to predict the brightest ones which tend to happen in March and November. This is the meeting area, along with an exercise ball, 2 sofas and a ginormous bean bag chair. We have our staff meetings here. That’s the San Francisco Skyline in the background.
